Melanin1

Hello my dears my name is Melanin Monroe

Melanin Monroe is a multifaceted queen that's an amalgamation of old Hollywood and k-pop. I sing, I dance, vogue and I also give talks to schools and businesses on diversity, LGBTQIA+ history, mental health and more. Originally from North London now living in the lovley beach town Brighton the UK's gay capital

I lend my name from a type skin pigment, as I am of Caribbean decent. I aim to vogue, sing and entertain with the best of em'. Melanin Monroe is a K-Pop diva with Old Hollywood glamour and a sense of humour darker than her contour combining the best elements of both English and American styles of drag. Starting out at Mindout charity event at the Marine Tavern for mental health awareness, which has become part of my act in amongst topics of black culture and current affairs with a light sprinkling of shade on top.
